The management of PT XYZ realizes that the company needs another method is able to comprehensively provide views with various approaches corporate strategy formulation. Management very aware even though has been established for more than 30 years, there are several conditions need be improved including 1) Data still not integrated, where data from each department collecting, managing and utilizing related departments free obtain support easily. 2) does yet have appropriate indicators develop manage a sustainable business. 3) an integrated approach in viewing all important aspects This study aims comprehensive measurements analyze benchmarks balanced scorecard. used were primary through interviews secondary literature studies. methods descriptive, paired comparison BSC analysis. results show using picture 4 perspectives
